Responsibilities include:

• To be responsible for daily shipment arrangement for FOB and inter-companies customers


• To be responsible for shipment documents preparation including banking documentation and to support FOB and inter-companies order processing.


• Supporting SMG HK team for related Hong Kong Toys Fair.

Qualifications required:

• F.5 graduate with full cert. or above with min. 3 years export experience to USA and European markets, we preferred European and USA Toys market knowledge for this post.


• Working experience in shipping filed either Merchandising or trading or manufacturers field on Toys and China customs declaration for toys knowledge preferable.


• Proficiency in L/C & bank documents handling and experience on handle Full set Imp/Exp shipping documents


• Good command in written & spoken English & Cantonese and proficiency in MS office & PC and must.


• Experience in SAP knowledge for computer for SAP All in one is advantage.


• With Book keeping knowledge and experience with accounting is advantage.


• Immediate availability is preferred.


• Responsible, hard working & well organized, able to work under pressure & overtime
