Responsibilities:

• Responsible for travel booking


• Handle daily enquiry and quotation

Attributes required:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in travel industry, experience in serving Corporate clients is an added advantage


• Good knowledge with airfare, travel product, hotel room booking, package etc.


• High proficiency in Abacus/Amadeus operations and E-Term


• Have a positive attitude & willing to learn


• Outstanding customer service & problem solving skills


• Knowledge of MS office


• Attentive to details, accuracy and sense of responsibility


• Good communications and interpersonal skill


• Independent and ability to work under pressure


• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
