Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming telephone calls and providing quality customer service to customers.
- Put message and calling record into system.
Requirement:
- Form 5 or above.
- With relevant work experience in customer service / helpdesk is preferred.
- Good telephone manner, pleasant and independent.
- Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Remarks:
- Work at home.
- Willing to work at night shift and holiday.
- Shift hours from: Monday to Friday 18:00 – 09:00 (next day)
Saturday 13:00 – 0:00 (mid-night)
Sunday & Public Holiday – whole day
