Responsibilities:



  • Handle all incoming telephone calls and providing quality customer service to customers.

  • Put message and calling record into system.

 


Requirement:



  • Form 5 or above.

  • With relevant work experience in customer service / helpdesk is preferred.

  • Good telephone manner, pleasant and independent.

  • Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

 


Remarks:



  • Work at home.

  • Willing to work at night shift and holiday.

  • Shift hours from:     Monday to Friday 18:00 – 09:00 (next day)

                                           Saturday  13:00 – 0:00 (mid-night)


                                           Sunday & Public Holiday – whole day
