Job description:


 



  • Provide all-round customer service support to the team including customer enquiries and order handling.

  • Handle clients’ enquiries through phone, email and live chat in a professional manner

  • Assisting manager for daily/monthly sales report.

 


Ideal Candidate Should Be:


 



  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, and Cantonese.

  • Post-Secondary education or above.

  • Strong communication in English, negotiation and customer care skills.

  • At least 1 year related professional client support experience.

  • Must be able to work rotating shifts. (day shift  9am- 6pm / night shift 12am -9am)
