Job Descriptions:
-
Responsible for handling phone calls and greeting visitors
-
Handle local and overseas courier arrangement
-
Maintain the booking schedule of conference room and office facilities
-
Perform general administration tasks, e.g. update attendance record, order office supplies and arrange maintenance
-
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
-
F.5 or above with Full Certificate in HKCEE
-
2-3 years experience in receptionist/front desk operation
-
Background gained from airline/hotel/property will be an advantage
-
Good command of spoken English and conversational Putonghua
-
Knowledge in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese Input
-
Cheerful, young, energetic with good interpersonal skills
-
Service-oriented, helpful, positive and pleasant personality
