Job Descriptions:




  • Responsible for handling phone calls and greeting visitors


  • Handle local and overseas courier arrangement


  • Maintain the booking schedule of conference room and office facilities


  • Perform general administration tasks, e.g. update attendance record, order office supplies and arrange maintenance


  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned  

 


Job Requirements:




  • F.5 or above with Full Certificate in HKCEE


  • 2-3 years experience in receptionist/front desk operation


  • Background gained from airline/hotel/property will be an advantage


  • Good command of spoken English and conversational Putonghua


  • Knowledge in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese Input


  • Cheerful, young, energetic with good interpersonal skills


  • Service-oriented, helpful, positive and pleasant personality
