We are a well established group in Hong Kong engaged in the toys manufacturing business. Due to our recent expansion and business development needs, we are looking for high caliber and diligent candidates to join our team :

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new design and development, technical and components sourcing and testing;


• Develop and maintain relationship with supply chain;


• Responsible for the scheduling, inventory control, and purchasing plan for raw materials;


• Conduct quotation comparison and material cost calculation;


• Handle all purchasing activities, such as sample requisitions, PO follow-up, price/ trade terms negotiations, order processing/executions, correspondences and quality claims;


• Monitor suppliers’ performance and quality; conduct supplier assessment and evaluation;


• Ensure the move of products and material in plant in compliance with the related procedure; and


• Prepare Monthly Purchase & Inventory Report and price analysis.
  
   

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma of Purchase and Supply Management, Electronic Engineering or equivalent;


• At least 5 years relevant experience in purchasing of electronic toys' materials;


• Hands on experience in sourcing electrical parts / components, metals, plastic & Electronics in Toys Products is preferred;


• Good sourcing network of relevant vendors and strong material costing calculation;


• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills;


• Self-motivated, detailed-minded and organized with strong sense of responsibility;


• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;


• Good command of written English and Chinese/Mandarin; and


• Station in Huizhou factory is required
