| Description |
Responsibilities:
- Develop and keep good business relationship with clients;
- Manage customer requests and coordinate with various parties to ensure customer requests are handled promptly and accurately;
- Reviews working procedures or workflow on a regular basis & recommends enhancement or automation on such if deemed necessary;
- Forwarding knowledge is required.
Requirements:
- Degree holder;
- 2 years customer service & export business experience and with experience in handling in/outbound shipment, or 2 years of working experience in forwarder
- Aggressive, self motivated and initiative with working in customer service
- industry;
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
