 Description

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and keep good business relationship with clients;

  • Manage customer requests and coordinate with various parties to ensure customer  requests are handled promptly and accurately;

  • Reviews working procedures or workflow on a regular basis & recommends enhancement or automation on such if deemed necessary;

  • Forwarding knowledge is required.

Requirements:



  • Degree holder;

  • 2 years customer service & export business experience and with experience in handling in/outbound shipment, or 2 years of working experience in forwarder

  • Aggressive, self motivated and initiative with working in customer service

  • industry;

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
