Administrative Assistant (FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST)
Job
- To take charge of the front desk reception and the busy switchboard
- To provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests and ensuring complete customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above
- At least 3 years front desk experience preferably in banking, finance or MNC
- To demonstrate an ability to work without constant direct supervision
- To maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
- Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task
- Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills
- Must enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Must be a good and supportive team player
- Good computer skills
- Proficient in English and Cantonese is essential, knowledge in Putonghua is preferable
