Administrative Assistant (FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST)



Job



  • To take charge of the front desk reception and the busy switchboard

  • To provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests and ensuring complete customer satisfaction

Requirements



  • Diploma holder or above

  • At least 3 years front desk experience preferably in banking, finance or MNC

  • To demonstrate an ability to work without constant direct supervision

  • To maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment

  • Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task

  • Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment

  • Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills

  • Must enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality

  • Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills

  • Must be a good  and supportive team player

  • Good computer skills

  • Proficient in English and Cantonese is essential, knowledge in Putonghua is preferable
