PROPERTY ASSISTANT (Ref. No.: 2/PA/4JDB)
Reporting
to the Development Manager / Assistant Development Manager, the
incumbent is to prepare tenancy agreements, licence, management
agreements and related documents. Major duties include assisting in
coordination with agents/consultants/contractors on reinstatement
renovation, maintenance as well as any other landlord’s works. He / She
is also required to handle and maintain monthly payment records, assist
in the preparation of an annual budget and 5-year plan and perform
general clerical duties. Requirements:- Post-secondary or tertiary education in property management or related disciplines preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property leasing and management.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Good PC skills ="margin: 0pt;">
