Responsibilities:

• Download and process online data


• Conduct preliminary telephone screening

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above


• Familiar with MS Office including Excel and Word


• Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and pleasant personality


• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese


• Self-motivated and discipline, able to work independently and mature


• Working experience in customer service is preferable
