Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for direct marketing campaign


• Assist to devise some web marketing for the region on all new product launches


• Basic web design and designer software knowledge is expected


• Press coverage summary report


• Clip all editorial coverage of publications we advertise on, and we have copy(s)


• Elementary level marketing activities support


• Follow up production of premium, literatures or other printing items to meet the pre-set deadline


• Artwork proof reading against approved texts


• Event execution & support


• Maintain the material library


• Items include but not limited to source files of all brochure, ad artworks, photos, films of all printing items if applicable


• Filing


• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to get quotations & invoices


• Clear and easy-to-search categorization of documents is expected

Requirement:-

• Form 5 or above with 2 years+ experience in logistics/ warehouse/ admin or marketing experience


• Have strong co-ordination skills and able to work independently


• Good computer literacy


• Immediately available is highly preferable
