Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Technical Service Manager


• General Inventory management of spare parts


• To plan and co-ordinate spare parts availability and distribution


• To assist in service related issues


• Perform regular stock checks and report on stock turnover levels


• Follow up on any warranty issues and liaise with customers directly.


• To prepare spare part recommendations in line with customer requirements


• To ensure that services are delivered efficiently and on time

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience of Inventory control / ordering


• Ideally have a mechanical / engineering background.


• Good command of written and spoken English


• Familiar with computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.


• Self disciplined, well organised and able to work independently.
