 Description

Responsibilities will include:



  • Responsible for the daily operation of the reception including general enquires, greeting visitors, handling of incoming/outgoing mails & documents and office maintenance;

  • Provide general administrative support to the office;

  • Answering and handling of incoming telephone calls in a professional manner;

  • Greeting all visitors in a professional and courteous manner;

  • Handling office supplies inventory & orders;

  • Assisting with travel and accommodation booking arrangements;

  • Assist with ad hoc tasks & assignments.


 Requirements:



  • Form 7 or above, with at least 3 years working experience;

  • Good command of written and spoken English (please note good communication skills in English are required)

  • Fluent written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin;

  • Adaptable & hard working - willing to work long hours if necessary; 

  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; 

  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines; 

  • Pleasant personality, self-motivated and a good team player; 

  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
