The officer will be responsible for all the follow up actions of all cases that assigned to him or her.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;


• With EAA license is preferable;


• Pleasant, customer-oriented and a strong team player;


• Energetic, self-motivated, able to meet challenges and willing to deal with people;


• Responsible, smart and diligent;


• Able to work outside;


• Good Command of written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese;


• Sound interpersonal and communication skills;


• Experience in customer services is preferable.
