| Description |
The Job:
- Administration and support of IT Infrastructure
- Outdoor working, for install the terminal.(have on job training)
- Provide administration of the network and telephone system
- Undertake daily operational checks, investigating and resolving, or escalating, any problems identified
- Liaise with external providers of hardware and software to resolves IT issuses
- Document all software and hardware installations
- Provide assistance to IT support staff in GZ when needed
Requirements:
Diploma in IT / Computer Science or related disciplines
At least 1 years' experience in networking, IT support experience
Knowledge on TCP/IP, Window configuration, Data migration, Linux/Unix system
Good communication in Cantonese and English
Responsible, dynamic and good team player
An "all-rounder" in network and web sites maintenance
Holder of MCSE or CCNA certification is an advantage
