Computer Operator

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily routine checking in network operation centre, system monitoring and handle user enquiries


• Perform network and systems monitoring and surveillance to ensure the service availability


• Perform tier one trouble shooting and problem analysis


• Handle system operation work like backup, report generation, hardware/software upgrades and other system housekeeping work


• Carry out the computer operations tasks according to schedule and stated procedures and record the result on the job sheet

Requirements

• knowledge of Linux/Unix, network and hardware installation

 Programmer

Responsibilities

• Assist to analyze user requirements, perform system development and support


• Perform the SIT and support UAT

Requirements

• High Diploma, Associated Degree or Degree holder in Computing or related subject


• Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in the IT field.


• Knowledge in Networking, Windows Server, SQL, web base programming


• Proficient in programming language including Java, Visual Basic, C++


• Fluent in English and Mandarin
