Reporting to the Building Engineer, the incumbent
will assist in carrying out energy efficiency research programmes,
managing energy database and analyzing building operation data,
identifying and implementing energy improvement initiatives. He/She will
also manage Environmental Management System and energy audit programme,
report energy performance, review operation and maintenance strategies
and practices in energy efficiency perspective, and coordinate on-going
re-commissioning of building services systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum
  3 years experience in building services design consultancy, operation
  or research institutes.  Interested in energy research, with sufficient
  experience in energy studies.
• Conversant with building energy assessment and simulation tools, local codes of practices and statutory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills ="font-size: 10pt;">
