Sales & Administrative Clerk
Responsibilities
- handle daily data entry and email correspondence
- report to the Director and provide full range of secretarial and administrative support
- arrange seasonal sample collections for presentation
- consistent communications and negotiations with customers and suppliers concerning production status and all orders’ follow up procedures
- liaising with overseas suppliers and logistic companies regarding delivery schedule and related documents
Requirements
- strong sense of responsibility and good communication and interpersonal skills
- willing to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedule deadline
- excellent organizational skills, high accuracy and attention to details
- good command in both written and spoken Mandarin and English is a must
- knowledge of shipping documents, L/C and related documentation is a plus
- proficiency in PC knowledge such as Excel Spreadsheets and Chinese/English Word Processing
- occasional overtime work will be anticipated
- willing to travel to China on a regular basis
- 3 years of secretarial and administrative working experience and immediate availability are preferred
