The Job
- operate telephone switchboard
- receive visitors
- assist with administrative work
The Person
- fluent in spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese, knowledge of Putonghua an advantage)
- can read and write both English and Chinese
- reasonable MS Office skills
- flexible and able to handle mass flow of information/work at any one time
- responsible and reliable
- cheerful and friendly
- a team player
The Qualification
- at least Form 5 graduate, or equivalent
- at least 5 years' experience as receptionist
