Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team
- Prepare management reports, meeting agenda and materials if needed
- Answer telephone calls
- Update database and create filing system
- Other ad hoc assignments
- Occasional outdoor work required
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- At least 1 year office working experience
- Mature, self-motivated, organized and detail-minded
- Good team player
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good computer knowledge is essential
