Responsibilities:

• Provide application support to customers and identify root cause to problems


• Track incidents and update customers on reported issues


• Assist in hardware/networking/software monitoring, maintenance, deployment and support


• Support daily office network and computer facilities


• Able to provide 5x24 emergency support service

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines


• Minimum 2 years experience in providing application support to clients


• Must be responsible, well-organized, good phone manner and possess strong troubleshooting skill


• Good communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin is mandatory


• Technical support experience in MS Windows Server/Linux environment, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Tomcat


• Network infrastruture support knowledge, e.g. VPN, Firewall, Router


• Previous experience in supporting time critical financial application is a definite advantage


• Knowledge in FX/Bullion market is a definite plus


• Programming knowledge and skills in writing SQL queries and/or store procedures are added advantages


• Energetic, team player, able to work under pressure and devoted to excellence


• Willing to work on day or night shift


• Immediate available preferred
