Responsibilities



  • Provide administrative and clerical support

  • Order processing, prepare invoice

  • Database management

  • Inventory management

  • Participate in offsite promotional events occasionally


Requirement



  • Form 5 or above

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua

  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience

  • Multi-tasked and flexible with strong IT sense

  • Proficient in use of MS Offices and Chinese Word Processing

  • Immediately available is preferred
