| Description |
Key responsibilities/duties:
- Provide office based sales administrative support to the Sales team of 9
- Handle incoming mail and provide adequate and prompt follow up on enquiries, on responding to verbal/email requests from Sales team in a timely manner to maintain the efficiency of the Sales team
- Focus on procedures and proactively processes requests for product/price information & to prepare and follow up on quotations
- Follow up the daily sales order processing and coordinate with customers
- Copies and forwards all pertinent correspondence and messages to the Sales Specialists
- Maintain stationary inventory and replenishment requests
- Provide general and administration work for sales unit
- Generate sales reports
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft window is required
- Well-versed in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Priori knowledge of JDE system is preferred
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
5 day-week and attractive remuneration package will be offered.
