Responsibilities:



  • Perform project administrative duties related to interior design / construction work

  • Handle shipping document

  • Maintain up-to-date and systematic filing system

  • Handle customer enquiries

Requirements:



  • Form 7 or above

  • Minimum 2 years working experience with simple shipping knowledge

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

  • Independent and able to perform task with minimal supervision

  • Organized and detail minded
