Responsibilities:
- Perform project administrative duties related to interior design / construction work
- Handle shipping document
- Maintain up-to-date and systematic filing system
- Handle customer enquiries
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- Minimum 2 years working experience with simple shipping knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Independent and able to perform task with minimal supervision
- Organized and detail minded
