Responsibilities:
Handle various customer inquiries on phones/emails and execute warranty repair services with walk-in customers, liaise with HQ in USA on warranty issues, update of customer database …
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in related field preferred
- Excellent command of both written/spoken English & Chinese
- Computer literate
- High ability to handle face to face customer service
- Strong to work independently and with initiative and intelligence.
- Pleasant, energetic, outgoing with excellent service attitude
- Causal working environment
- Optician background an advantage but not compulsory
