Clerk of Works

Requirements:

- Min. 5 years experience in building construction and/or building repair of which 3 years are at supervisory level.

- More experience in fitting-out works of shopping mall

- Possessing higher certificate/higher diploma in building studies/civil or structural engineering from VTC-IVE.

- Possessing Technically Competent Person (TCP) Grade T3.

Job Responsibilities

- To coordinate, monitor and supervise the contractor's works.

- To prepare and submit progress report about the contractor's works.

- To inspect and monitor the site work safety.

- To attend the Owners' Committee meeting, progress meeting and project meeting.

- To carry out other duties assigned by the corporation's Representative.

- To report to the Corporation's Representative or his delegates from time to time the status of the work assigned.

- Work locations: Tsing Yi / Shatin / Tsim Sha Tsui
