Customer Support Engineer



Job Description:


You will be part of the regional Customer Support team – primarily responsible to deliver networking, system integration and troubleshooting services to corporate customers.


Key Responsibilities:



  • To deliver networking, VoIP and system integration services to corporate customers.

  • To provide troubleshooting and maintenance support for solving customer technical problems.

Job requirements




  • Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Studies, Information Technology or related disciplines


  • Support experience in the field of telecommunications, system integration, networking, ISP or data centre.


  • Solid experience in Cisco networking (CCNA is preferred). Good knowledge in LAN/WAN, IP Technologies


  • Fluent in Cantonese and good in English.


  • Candidates with less experience but able to demonstrate abilities will also be considered


  • Applicants who would possess knowledge or experience in any of the following skill will be advantageous:


  • Windows/Linux server installation and support (including SMTP, POP3, FTP, HTTP, DNS etc.)


  • VoIP/IP-PBX/Firewall configuration and support


  • Communicate in Mandarin
