Responsibilities:

• Install and configure hardware and application software for PC client and servers


• Investigating, troubleshooting, isolating and documenting technical problems


• Providing technical support to all end users until the request is resolved satisfactory


• Monitoring and maintaining the hardware and software for the system infrastructure


• Monitoring WAN traffic, troubleshooting with ISP or other related parties


• Understanding platform compatibility, performing system tuning, and making recommendations for improvement


• Researching the development of new technologies that is benefit to the overall operation


• Implementing best practices and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field


• at least 2 years of experience in supporting


• Hands-on experience with MS server administration and open-source technology


• Hands-on experience with managing Microsoft's Windows, IIS, MS SQL Server, MS Exchange Server, etc.


• Independent, good problem solving skills and team player


• Good command of spoken and written English


• MCSE/CCNA and related professional certificates is preferred


• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
