| Description |
Job Responsibilities:
- To provide reception desk and administrative support to the Centre;
- To arrange the class schedule for students and teachers;
- Handling cash transactions from students
- To prepare lesson materials for teachers – photocopies, laminate, cut outs, etc;
- Recording payment transactions and preparing quotations & invoices
- Coordinating ad hoc projects and events
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above;
- Excellent telephone manner, good communication & interpersonal skills
- Must be friendly and good with children;
- Self motivated, responsible, detail-minded and hard working;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in spoken and written English; (Mandarin a plus)
- Proficient in computer software applications including MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing;
- Working 5.5 days per week
- Immediate available is preferred
