Customer Services Executive



Job Duties :



  • Handle customer’s enquiries and complaints

  • Handle correspondence independently

  • Work independently and self-motivated

Requirements :



  • Form 5 or above with one year retail sales experience

  • Fluent in written/spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin

  • PC knowledge(MS words, Excel, Chinese word processing)

  • Good communication skills, positive working attitude

  • Aggressive, well-organized and work under pressure

  • Availability to work shifts

  • Immediately availability preferred
