Customer Services Executive
Job Duties :
- Handle customer’s enquiries and complaints
- Handle correspondence independently
- Work independently and self-motivated
Requirements :
- Form 5 or above with one year retail sales experience
- Fluent in written/spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
- PC knowledge(MS words, Excel, Chinese word processing)
- Good communication skills, positive working attitude
- Aggressive, well-organized and work under pressure
- Availability to work shifts
- Immediately availability preferred
