Responsibilities:
- Promote courses by phone, at centre or promotion venue
- Handle counter operations, including enquiries, course enrolments, etc.
- Provide customer services to students and customers
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with at least 2 years’ customer service experience preferable
- Good command of English and Chinese
- PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- With I.T. related knowledge is an asset
- Pleasant with excellent telephone manner and customer service attitude
- Customer-oriented, well-organized and good communication skill
- Hardworking, meticulous with strong sense of responsibility
