Responsibilities:




  • Promote courses by phone, at centre or promotion venue

  • Handle counter operations, including enquiries, course enrolments, etc.

  • Provide customer services to students and customers

 


Requirements: 



  • Form 5 or above with at least 2 years’ customer service experience preferable

  • Good command of English and Chinese

  • PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

  • With I.T. related knowledge is an asset

  • Pleasant with excellent telephone manner and customer service attitude

  • Customer-oriented, well-organized and good communication skill

  • Hardworking, meticulous with strong sense of responsibility
