• Degree holder in accounting, finance or equivalent


• Qualified Accountant


• At least 10 years’ auditing & commercial experience, prior experience with property development business in PRC is a definite advantage


• Solid understanding of HK & PRC accounting standards, PRC taxation and regulations


• Experience in computerized accountings system & ERP


• To oversee the full range of finance and administration functions including financial and management reporting, budgeting, project financing, project office administration and HR management, , etc


• To maintain effective internal control system and handle ad hoc projects


• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin


• Good  interpersonal skills, disciplinary and task-oriented


• Station in PRC
