Responsibilities

• To lead and monitor the Ad Sales, Marketing and Publishing Services teams to achieve the brand, business and profitability objectives of the company 
• To drive business growth via developing products and services that meet and exceed customers’ requirements and capture new business potentials 
• To build professional and quality teams and tools utilizing the industry best practices, market analysis and feedback 
• To work with the editorial and other business units to create synergies and ensure an integrated team effort 
• To coach and develop sub-ordinates, and manage the team efficiently 

Requirements

• University degree or above 
• Minimum 5 years of Management experience preferably in the Publishing / Media industry 
• Demonstrate proven track record in managing sales and marketing teams to achieve sales and profit targets 
• Good knowledge of and network with luxury advertisers 
• Resourceful and result-oriented 
• Good leadership and analytical skills 
• Fluent in oral and written Chinese, English and Cantonese
