Responsibilities:
- To provide 1st line Hotline and On-site support to customers in Asia Pacific Region
- Create trouble tickets for unresolved issues
- liaise with technical support team for unresolved issues
- maintain targeted service level and response time
- follow up with customer with outstanding tickets
- conduct software test and derive quality assurance plan
Requirements:
- Diploma or university graduate is preferred
- Good knowledge in Email System (Exchange/Lotus), router, switch, DNS, Active Directory, LDAP
- Good knowledge in Windows NT/2000/XP, Redhat, Tomcat, Oracle, MS-SQL
- Pro-active, with initiative, able to independently complete job assignments with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills, good analytical & problem solving skills, and capable of preparing technical documentation
- Willing to work in competent, challenging, and team-working environment
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a MUST
- Knowledge of Google Apps, Positini, Documentum is a PLUS
- Immediately available is highly preferable.
