Job Duties:

• Follow up with oversea suppliers and logistic companies for delivery schedule and related documents.


• Responsible for sourcing/purchasing follow up & negotiations with different suppliers.


• Responsible for preparing different reports for management.

Requirements:

• F.7 or above with 2 years relevant experience;


• French Speaking;


• Proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.;


• Self-motivated, well-organized, good interpersonal and communication skills; and


• Immediate availability preferred.
