PRC HR Executive (HK Based)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations in all aspects of HR and Administrative functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, performance management and staff relations for Beijing and Shenzhen offices.


• Work well in a small team (company size <10) in providing prompt advice on HR issues and act as the partner of other departments.


• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines.


• Solid experience in all rounded Human Resources functions.


• Demonstrate excellent business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills with service-oriented mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines.


• Highly motivated, able to take initiative and well-organized.


• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese.


• Good PC skills are essential.
