Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management
- Coordinate meetings and taking minutes
- Prepare general business correspondence, presentation and reports
- Prepare travel itineraries and accommodation arrangement for Business Trip
- Handle ad-hoc assignments
- Good PC skills + Good English and Mandarin communication are MUST.
- Strong interpersonal, organizing and communication skills
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented and capable of multi tasks and roles
- Form 5 or above
