Requirements:

• University graduate or matriculated with at least 2 years working experience


• Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese, good command in both English and Mandarin


• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility and proactive personality


• Good time management skills and logistic planning


• Need to work under pressure and overtime to meet tight timeline


• Relevant job experience is a plus 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the operations of all types of research projects


• Recruiting and provide training to interviewers


• Perform indoor and outdoor fieldwork supervision in HK to monitor the progress and quality of work


• Carry out fieldwork visit and supervision for research projects in Mainland China
