Role & Responsibilities:

Report directly to Commercial Director, the sales role will have the following responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales target and revenue growth through effective phone and interpersonal contact with potential clients


• Service clients including inquiries on company and product information, enrolment and post-sales follow up


• Prepare collection kits


• Communicate via global CRM system maintaining client information and follow through on outstanding requirements on samples


• Regularly distribute & maintain marketing materials across all channels and partnerships


• Strengthen existing, while create new, networks with physicians, hospitals, healthcare professionals, local merchants, etc. with field visits, cold calling, etc.


• Assist with brand presence by actively promoting company and products to potential clients and networks


• Regularly explore and identify sales opportunities for business growth


• Assist with market expansion across Hong Kong and region


• Participate in marketing events and annual exhibitions


• Involve in additional sales and marketing activities as required

Requirements & Attributes:

• at least 3-5 years work experience in sales and client service roles  


• Experience in medical or health fields advantageous but not required, bioscience/medical graduates welcome


• Effective communication skills with multicultural audience and varying personalities


• Mature, sensitive, poised and professional  


• Good interpersonal, relationship building and negotiation skills


• Excellent customer service 


• Self-motivated and driven to achieve, with a can-do attitude


• Ability to work independently and responsibly within a team environment


• Eager learner with great initiatives and ability to think broadly and quickly


• Good IT skills and excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.  Mandarin a bonus.
