Responsibilities
- Prepare quotation and sales invoices
- Responsible for all project documentations, submission and follow up
- Perform general office administration duties and clerical support to the superior
- Willing to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadline
Requirements
- Form 7 with at least 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in Engineering Company is preferred
- Proficiency in PC skill of MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Hardworking, Stable, fast learner and able to work independently
- Good Commend of spoken and written English & Mandarin
- Immediate available is required
