 Description

Duties:



  • Answer and register incoming telephone calls coming through the “Service hotline for outbound travellers”

  • Greet and make appointments for complainants who wish to lodge complaints in person

  • Provide clerical support

Requirements:



  • F.5 or above

  • Min. 2 years’ working experience, preferably in customer service

  • Pleasant personality

  • Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work under pressure and willing to learn

  • Fluent Cantonese with reasonable command of spoken English and Putonghua

  • Immediate available will be preferable
