Duties:
- Answer and register incoming telephone calls coming through the “Service hotline for outbound travellers”
- Greet and make appointments for complainants who wish to lodge complaints in person
- Provide clerical support
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Min. 2 years’ working experience, preferably in customer service
- Pleasant personality
- Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and willing to learn
- Fluent Cantonese with reasonable command of spoken English and Putonghua
- Immediate available will be preferable
