HR Officer/ Assistant HR Officer (Retail) (5 Days work)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling full spectrum of HR functions
  • Handle recruitment & selection, payroll, manpower deployment
  • Assist for benefits issues and compensation plans renewal
  • Provide support to the new HRIS and report analysis


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience, retail experience highly preferred
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related discipline
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinances and related legislation
  • Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Well versed with MS Office operations (e.g. MsWord, Excel, Access)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Hard-working, detail-minded, well organized, fast-paced
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer


5 Days work, Public Holidays, Double Pay.
