Responsibilities

• To take ownership of all inventory (incoming and outgoing stock) within the store and ensure that all deliveries and consolidations are processed on the day of arrival in order to maximize sales
• To effectively enforce company standards and routines relating to stock processing and refill to maximize sales performance
• To use initiative in the maintenance of exceptional organizational standards for the backroom and offsite storage areas

   

Performance will be measured by

• 24 hour stock turnaround
• Actioning consolidations within the set time frame
• Accurate record of inventory and SOH on store POS
• Adherence to stock discrepancy procedures
• Efficient refill processes
• Efficient and organised backroom and off-site storage areas

Remuneration

• 5 days work per week
• 10-14 days annual leave
